SM149 ---------------------------------------- Highland Omnibuses operated a number of these Bedfords. Some were initially used for tours but they were soon found ideal for lower volume and rural routes where these venerable old buses really came into their own. The destination for this coach is Dingwall.
---------------------------------------- Sam Anderson used many AEC lorries over the years and ran several MkVs in both rigid and artic form. BVA 584B is modelled here carrying a common Anderson load, steel. As was custom back in the day the sheets which were not required were roped on top of the load.

SM136 ----------------------------------------- Prior to becoming AEC agents, Munros ran many Albions including TRG 86 modelled here.Their principal cargo was paper, also meat in demountable fridge boxes and general cargo. Fish was never carried on flats as the fish juice ruined the bed for carrying paper. ---------------------------------------

SM127 ---------------------------------------- Leyland Octopus No.70 LRG 663 is modeled here in its magnificent original dark blue livery carrying a casting load. Charlies were big users of Leylands in the 50s & 60s. This Octopus lived long enough to receive the 60s blue/silver livery which will be the subject of a future model. ---------------------------------------
